What You’ll Do

- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- File and Retrieve Documents: Organize files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of important information.
- Coordinate Meetings: Arrange meeting logistics, prepare materials, and assist in follow-up as needed.
- Greet Visitors: Provide a welcoming environment for visitors, addressing inquiries and assisting with requests.
What You’ll Need
