The Impact You’ll Make
As a Stores Services Personnel, you’ll play a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient supply system for our client. Your attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage inventory will ensure that all supplies are accurately tracked, accessible, and efficiently replenished. By supporting the client’s storage and inventory needs, you’ll contribute to the overall productivity and smooth operation of their workplace.


What You’ll Do

  • Inventory Management: Track, receive, and record inventory to maintain an up-to-date log of all supplies.
  • Restock Supplies: Monitor supply levels and restock items as needed, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized storage space, ensuring all items are accessible and properly labeled.
  • Prepare Orders: Assemble and prepare items for orders, distribution, or delivery according to client needs.
  • Quality Checks: Inspect items for quality and ensure all products meet required standards.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and assist in special projects as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple inventory tasks, prioritize, and keep accurate records.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and moving inventory items.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in tracking, recording, and handling inventory.
  • Experience with Inventory Software: Familiarity with inventory management or tracking software is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills to coordinate inventory needs with team members effectively.
